We are seeking a Senior T&E Analyst to join our Procure to Pay (P2P) team. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Our ideal candidate is a selfstarter, comfortable with ambiguity, has strong attention to detail, and desire to improve processes. In this role, you will be collaborating with various business partners daily to process expense reports, monitor and report on compliance with travel and expense policies, oversee the corporate card program, assist with global P2P communications, and manage adhoc projects. What You’ll Do:

Oversee daytoday operations of the global T&E program, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Provide regular reporting and ad hoc analysis on T&E spend trends, policy exceptions, and adoption metrics to stakeholders and leadership

Manage system configurations, workflows, and integrations within Navan and Chrome River (Emburse) to support travel booking, expense submission, and reimbursement processes

Administer the corporate card program, including card issuance, limits, fraud monitoring, and monthly reconciliation in coordination with Accounting

Own and maintain all internal FAQs and help articles for travel and expenses

Assist with providing recommendations on the T&E policy and assist with change management as new policy guidelines are implemented

Partner with business owners andor FP&A team for budget information

Support internal and external audit requests as needed

Take ownership of various project objectives as assigned by AP management
