Job description

USALCO, LLC, a rapidly growing national leader in the potable and industrial water/wastewater treatment chemistry industry, is looking to hire an ERP Materials and Transaction Specialist to support the company's robust growth plan. This is a great time to join both this company and this industry.

The ERP Materials and Transaction Specialist will be responsible for completing the necessary task for managing the transactions of key raw materials in the USALCO ERP system. The right candidate will maintain the highest possible level of support, provide interaction both verbally and written with all levels of the organization and must be able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receipts/Transfers of large quantity raw materials (ATH, Sulfuric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide) by water & rail.
  • Tracking/Placing orders with suppliers of these materials.
  • Responsible for ATH shipments to customers from offsite warehouses.
  • Assisting plant managers with other shipping/receiving transactions and vendor PO creation as needed.
  • Provide daily report to Ops Leadership Team - Key raw materials, Open production jobs, Job variances.
Background
  • Confidentiality: Medium to High risk. Access to confidential files, processes and strategies.
  • Business Knowledge: Should have a high level of computer knowledge and general business practices as well as have a keen ability to gather information.
  • Office and Material management experience required.
Conditions and Equipment
  • Working Conditions: Remote with 20-30% travel to USALCO facilities and offsite warehouses, moderate level of stress.
  • Software Application: Standard MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Aptean Ross, USALCO-Reservoir.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma, college degree, preferred
  • 5 years experience preferred in Office and/or Material Management.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive nature and high energy preferred. Work well with others. Work well under stress.
