Remote Senior Sales Opportunity (The Agency)

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic prospecting of key account opportunities.  This involves direct hunting, as well as partnering with local sales channels.

• Build and convert “mid-market” pipelines consisting of high-profile new accounts, winbacks, regional brands, and agencies. 

• Pursue and scale new opportunities across a national network of hundreds of Media Consultants and thousands of regional businesses.

• Demonstrate mastery of proprietary tools and analytics.  Propose optimized marketing campaigns to meet client expectations and prove RoAS.

• Be a growth concierge to key clients and local media consultants, navigating to solutions with simplicity and a clear story.

• Lead, design and execute integrated campaigns combining direct mail, digital, and e-commerce solutions.

• Utilize best-in-class data and analytics to design and implement marketing strategies that deliver outstanding results for your clients.


What You Can Expect:

• Partner with Senior Vice Presidents of Sales across multiple regions to prioritize a ‘top 250’ prospect list to pursue based on best practices, industry success and highest potential opportunities.

• Work with marketing to develop lead automation strategies to assist with creating more top of funnel opportunities

• Set test campaigns up for success using best-in-class data tools and industry leading heuristics to promote growth and retention. 

• Build transition plan of new business wins with Media Sales Consultants to promote client retention and allow for more opportunities to hunt, win and grow.

• Travel in market to meet with prospective customer, media sales consultants and SVPs when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For:

• A forward-thinking, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  An analytical driver!

• 5+ years of successful experience in sales and marketing, preferably with a background in media or direct mail.  Experience in presenting software, technology, or data solutions to business owners or C-Suite.

• A driven “go to” individual and team player with a passion for integrating traditional and digital marketing to deliver innovative solutions.

• A leader with a “think big” mindset who can inspire others, internally and externally, to higher levels of growth and performance.  

• Desire to travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners, as necessary.  Could be as much as 50%
