  • Strengthen enterprise relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and drive account expansion and revenue growth;
  • Maintain >95% client retention through operational excellence and proactive engagement.

Patient Acquisition & Engagement

  • Develop marketing and conversion strategies to scale patient participation in the Welby Health program.

Strategic & Organizational Leadership

  • Serve as a primary executive liaison to strategic partners, payers, and enterprise clients;
  • Present operational performance and strategic plans to the Board of Directors and investor stakeholders;

  • Proven responsibility for profit and loss and direct oversight of clinical operations exceeding $100M in annual revenue;
  • Demonstrated success scaling operations from early-stage growth to enterprise scale;
  • Experience leading cross-functional departments across clinical operations, client services, implementation, and/or patient acquisition;
  • Exposure to high-growth startup environments, preferably through a successful exit or rapid scale-up;
  • Strong command of key operating levers, including unit economics, workforce efficiency, client lifetime value, and gross margin optimization in healthcare delivery settings.

Preferred Experience
