Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts and help shape the future of our organization. This role is critical to our success and will lead full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, exceptional recruiting operations knowledge, and a passion for connecting top-tier talent with meaningful career opportunities.
You will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring individuals who not only meet the needs of the business but also reflect and reinforce our company’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Design and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all departments, with a focus on financial services, healthcare, and personal injury sectors.
Continuously optimize recruiting processes to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring timelines.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Partner with People Operations to ensure a smooth, aligned hiring process and seamless handoff through onboarding.
Provide focused support for Technical and Product roles, ensuring top-tier talent is identified and engaged.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department leaders, and People Operations to gain a deep understanding of current and future talent needs. Ensure full alignment across teams to deliver a consistent, effective, and strategic hiring approach.
Work together to identify the key capabilities and competencies required for success in each role. Lead the effort in crafting compelling, market-facing messaging that resonates with top talent and accurately reflects the role, team, and company culture.
Strategic Sourcing:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and partnerships with colleges and professional organizations.
Market & Industry Intelligence
Stay abreast of hiring trends and talent movements within the financial services, personal injury and healthcare industries to proactively identify market shifts and competitive opportunities.
Candidate Experience
Deliver a “white glove” candidate experience, ensuring timely, professional communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Technology-Driven Hiring
Leverage applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools to streamline the hiring journey and ensure data accuracy.
Innovate with recruiting technology to automate workflows and improve both recruiter and candidate experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) to continuously improve outcomes and inform strategy.
Employer Branding:
Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to promote the company's employer brand and position us as an employer of choice within financial services, personal injury and healthcare industries.
Other Responsibilities:
Take on HR and recruiting initiatives as needed to drive company growth and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
5 – 7 years of proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably across healthcare, financial services, and/or technology sectors.
Demonstrated success recruiting for roles at all levels, including executive, technical, and operational positions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a data-driven approach to recruiting.
Experience developing scalable recruitment processes and reporting frameworks is a strong plus.
