Primary responsibilities

As Customer Care Agent you will be responsible mainly for North American customers:

  • Answering incoming calls and requests
  • Supplying customers with information
  • Informing customers of pricing
  • CRM database entries for leads and new customers
  • Processing orders
  • Processing quotations
  • Following up on quotes
  • Pro-active phone calls to promote our services and increase customer satisfaction
  • Supporting and collaborating with other departments and worldwide locations to ensure deadlines are met
  • Understanding and assisting with import / export tasks as needed
  • Handling general administrative tasks and efficiency assistance activities
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as business requires

Professional qualifications and personal skills

  • Experience from a sales or service function where customer satisfaction has been paramount
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft® Office)
  • SAP Business One and SAP CRM experience is a plus
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Task-oriented, self-motivated and flexible
  • Driven by customer satisfaction
  • An energetic personality and the ability to multi-task  and handle stressful situations
