We are looking for a new Squad Member who will join our dedicated Digital Platforms team.
In this role you will have a chance to assume responsibility as Senior Digital & Technology Business Analyst for our Digital Platforms, including Breitling E-Commerce websites. You will act as a key player in assuring smooth development and delivery.
By bringing your deep expertise in eCommerce and hands–on approach, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers and development teams and also all partners involved in our successful projects.
Your contribution:
• You will build business analysis strategy for our Digital platforms, ensuring the delivery of the best online experience to our customers, in line with Business requirements
• You will be collaborating closely with the other Product Owners & Business Stakeholders
• You will be collecting and analyzing business requirements, and elaborate detailed technical and functional specifications
• You will be working hands in hands with the QA Manager and team to validate deliveries vs requirements
• You will be collaborating closely with the Dev team and other departements to ensure a smooth development cycle
• You will be documenting E2E use cases
• You will be supporting end users during UAT sessions led by the QA Manager
• You will be recommending areas for improvement about processes and business requirements

You will fit well to our squad if:
- You collected at least 10 years of experience in the field of Product management / Business analysis, including a strong experience with E-commerce and Scrum
- You are rigorous and meticulous
- You are experienced with functional and business understanding on eCommerce processes, web publishing & website management
- You are autonomous and taking initiative
- You are able to speak to technical and non-technical people
- You are comfortable to handle technical discussions and test sessions
- You demonstrate the ability to investigate and analyze issues
- You have hands-on experience using agile tools such as JIRA & Confluence
- You are fluent in English, French would be an advantage
