Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus three (3) years administrative, revenue cycle, supply chain, healthcare or other relevant experience or
High School Diploma and 7 years administrative, revenue cycle, supply chain, healthcare or other relevant experience.

Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Research all bill-only items using TrackCore SameDay and surgical case documentation.
Ensure items match UAMS contracts and are correctly set up in the item master and charge master.
Verify items are accurately charged to the patient and paid to the vendor.
Reconcile item quantity and pricing with vendor documentation and value analysis.
Coordinate with item master and charge master teams to set up new items.
Work with the charge capture team to ensure new items are billed correctly.
Partner with value analysis to resolve unapproved items brought in by vendors.
Confirm no bill-only items are existing inventory owned by UAMS.
Collaborate with the tissue/implant team to ensure implants match implant sheet documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
