We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote PH-Based)

Join a global leader in the biothermal industry – 100% remote for a UK-based client!

  • Pay: ₱400/hour (starting, based on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-Time | UK hours (GMT)
  • Work-from-home | Independent Contractor
Our client is a global provider of temperature-controlled packaging for life-saving medical and pharmaceutical shipments. They’re known for innovation, sustainability, and a high-performance work culture.

What You’ll Do:
  • Process and record supplier invoices (UK & Asia)
  • Match invoices to POs & ensure proper coding
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors & internal teams
  • Set up suppliers in SAP and use Esker
  • Support month-end closing & audits
  • Handle employee expenses & mileage tracking

🔎 What We’re Looking For:
  • ✅ 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger experience
  • ✅ Solid skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP tools (SAP is a plus)
  • ✅ Sharp eye for detail, proactive, and clear communicator
  • ✅ Legally eligible to work as an Independent Contractor in the Philippines
  • ✅ Has their own device and stable, secure internet
