Work cross-functionally with teams across MOIA to understand diverse data needs
Own and evolve the central data framework for our fleet domain
Collaborate and challenge each other to improve our data processes and infrastructure
Turn complex business questions into clear data models, KPIs, and metrics
Help teams meet their analytics goals and keep dashboards accurate and insightful
Partner with stakeholders to solve business challenges using data
Share knowledge and support teams in adopting and contributing to our central data setup
As a (Senior) Data Analyst, you'll empower cross-functional product teams to efficiently leverage data and extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making while driving data-driven product development within MOIA's Fleet OS unit. Your analytical expertise will identify optimization opportunities across our R&D processes while translating complex business requirements into meaningful data products. You'll serve as the critical bridge between raw data and business impact, transforming insights into competitive advantages.
Several years of hands-on experience in data analytics;
Deep understanding of statistical methods in data analysis (experience with multivariate inferential statistics is a plus);
Passion for understanding and analyzing vehicle/fleet operation processes in the exciting field of Autonomous Driving;
Proficiency in Python and SQL (experience with DBT is a plus);
Use of Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, etc.);
Ability to efficiently deliver complex insights to diverse audiences (Product Managers, Project Managers, Senior Leaders, Embedded Engineers, etc.);
High level of self-organization and agency in prioritization and decision-making.
Proven track record in translating business needs into data products and models;
Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools is a plus;
Experience with geospatial data is a plus;
