NTT DATA Services currently seeks a TestQA Analyst to join our team in remote in the US.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a TestQA Process Analyst to assess and improve current QA practices and nonproduction environment standards. This role focuses on process improvement, documentation, and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to enhance quality assurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Assessment & Improvement
• Evaluate current QA practices and nonprod environment configurations.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to standards, templates, and controls.

Strategy & Metrics
• Support development of QA tooling and automation strategies.
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and other quality metrics.

Testing Execution
• Execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Test system modifications and document software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Monitor bug resolution and maintain defect databases.

Collaboration
• Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in planning test schedules and strategies aligned with project timelines.

Required SkillsExperience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, QA processes, and user acceptance testing.
• Minimum of 3 years familiarity with QA tools and automation frameworks.
• Minimum of 3 years Basic knowledge of scripting or development tools (e.g., Visual Basic, JavaScript, Linux).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($55.00 $59.00hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidates actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
