Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours a week
  • Mony – Friday , anytime between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Flexible

    • Responsibilities:
      • Conduct cold calling campaigns to property owners using provided lead lists and phone numbers
      • Qualify potential sellers by asking scripted questions about their readiness to sell
      • Generate interest and secure strong commitment from prospects to speak with the closing team
      • Handle objections, hesitations, and rejections professionally during outreach calls
      • Maintain detailed records and remarks in spreadsheets about call outcomes and prospect feedback
      • Follow up with leads as directed to build and maintain sales pipeline
      • Work with provided scripts while adapting communication style to individual prospects
      • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
      • Provide regular updates and summaries on lead generation activities
        • Requirements:

          • Sales background with experience handling objections and rejections
          • Strong communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
          • Experience with cold calling and lead generation preferred
          • Ability to work independently while following provided processes and scripts
          • Comfortable with highvolume calling and rejectionheavy sales environment
          • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking spreadsheets
          • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for phone calls
          • Flexibility to work within client’s time zone (Eastern Time)
