Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and process vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end close and generate financial reports.
  • Develop and document departmental processes and training.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely completion of AP activities.

Position Summary & Responsibilities

This is a position in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. The Manager of Accounts Payable & Accounting will report to the Senior Manager, Billing and Accounting Operations. The Manager must be an organized and proficient individual who will contribute towards increased accuracy and efficiency of invoice processing, cash forecasting and the AP Accrual processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, have large scale experience in P2P, and have previous experience working with Vendors and Coupa as well as in the ERP systems. This candidate must display the ability to work independently and confidently and can handle escalations in a timely manner as well knowing when escalation is necessary and be a strong partner with the business as well as vendors. This candidate will be able to efficiently and effectively manage all Accounts Payables activity.
