We are looking for a Customer Experience & CRM intern.
No need to know Salesforce or CRM tools (yet!) – we will teach you. What you need is curiosity for marketing technologies and a problemsolving mindset.
What you will do:
Support the team with first – level support on procedures by internal users (at international level)
Assist sales and marketing teams in tracking activities correctly on Salesforce
Collaborate on CRM related projects
Collect new business needs to help shape future digital solutions

At the end of the internship program, the candidate will have learnt the logics that constitute a CRM system.
Heshe will be familiar with the various objects within it and their meaning.
Additionally, heshe will have understood the meaning of the customer journey and the importance behind the various activities connected to it.
Furthermore, heshe will have gained a basic knowledge of the system, enabling them to report and extract data in response to business requests.
During the internship, the candidate will have, also, the opportunity to observe and understand a project lifecycle (design, planning, execution, monitoring and debrief)
Education and competences
Bachelor degree or graduate student in any major (Economic Management is preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
Detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize under deadlines
Knowledge of Salesforce (sales and service cloud) is a plus
Familiar with Google products.
Ability to work with a team and analytiical approach
