Job Description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic management consultant to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and evaluating market opportunities, analyzing industry trends, developing business cases and strategic plans, and supporting growth initiatives including M&A activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting andor corporate strategic planning, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct indepth market assessments to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Evaluate new market opportunities and develop gotomarket strategies.
Build robust business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Develop and present business plans to senior leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders.
Identify and assess potential acquisition targets; support due diligence and integration planning.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify growth opportunities within the core business, software and services.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve market positioning and longterm profitability.
Monitor industry developments and maintain a pulse on emerging trends and disruptors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar strategic role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in market research and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience with M&A strategy, target identification, and due diligence is a plus.
Highly selfmotivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

The Compensation range for this role is 160,000 to 190,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
