Job description

Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Endpoint Administrator within their IT Infrastructure Team who is also proficient in Spanish to help support our US and International Operations.

This person will primarily support for Enterprise Security tools (Intune, MDM, AD, Entra), Infrastructure Configuration Management, Device Management, Policy Compliance, Patching, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, Process and Procedure Documentation.

Ideal candidates to be commutable to one of our office locations: Oak Brook, IL., New Orleans, LA., Coral Gables, FL. or Richardson, TX. and will be subject to a hybrid work arrangement. We will consider remote candidates, if needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Administration of Intune / Entra: Assist with the management and administration of Microsoft Intune or for software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment (OSD), and endpoint configuration.

Domain health of devices: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, deployment failures, and ensure client health.

Documenting processes and events: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and best practices. Provide training and readiness materials to enhance technical and professional proficiency.

Tier 2 ticket management:

  • Serve point to ensure all tickets escalated from Tier 1 are managed effectively. 
  • Ensure the quality-of-service delivery in Tier 2 support, providing metrics and reporting to track performance.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years' experience or in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM.)
  • Experience with owning full lifecycle deployment of Intune MDM/MAM, Windows Autopilot, GPO to Intune configuration/compliance profile conversion, and endpoint protection with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Hands on engineering of hybrid AD DS/Azure AD, Intune/Autopilot, Proofpoint (or equivalent), and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS 102,) Entra ID Administrator Associate (SC 300,) or Intune Administrator Associate (MD 102) is preferred
  • Proficient Spanish communicator (does not have to be fluent)
  • Experience with vulnerabilities remediation
  • Imaging Desktop and Mobile Devices
  • Management of Third-Party software on a case-by-case basis
  • Knowledge of PowerShell script or VB script
  • Strong understanding of Tier 2 support processes and best practices

Pan-American Life Insurance Group Offers:

  • Comprehensive Compensation Packages (base & bonus): target range is $71,900 to $102,600, based upon experience and is subject to a 4% annual bonus potential.
