Tenstorrent is hiring an SoC Security Architect to lead the architecture definition of security features across our cuttingedge semiconductor products. Youll tackle challenges in RISCV CPU security, AI hardware protection, confidential computing, and automotivegrade security. Your work ensures the trust, integrity, and resilience of silicon across a broad portfolio. Collaborate across disciplines to integrate security at every stage—from architecture to implementation and verification. This is a highimpact role for someone passionate about solving deep security problems at the hardwaresoftware boundary.
This role is remote, based out of The United States.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
