Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent to join our dedicated support team. This role is perfect for individuals who are techsavvy and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will assist our Norwegianspeaking clients by addressing their queries and resolving their technical issues efficiently.


Responsibilities
  • Provide topnotch helpdesk support to Norwegianspeaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Accurately document all customer inquiries and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Guide clients on product usage, features, and best practices for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other support team members to escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Monitor ticket progress and ensure timely followup for issue resolution.
  • Keep uptodate with product changes and emerging technologies to enhance support quality.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
      • Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
      • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues effectively.
      • Exceptional communication skills and a customercentric mindset.
      • Proficient in using helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
      • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fastpaced environment.
