    • Requirements

      • Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
      • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
      • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a focus on client outcomes.
      • Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
      • Selfmotivated and capable of managing time effectively in a remote environment.
