          • Deal desk & Pricing enabling smart, scalable deals by supporting complex pricing decisions, managing license invoicing, and keeping our pricing models sharp and up to date.
            • Marketing

              • Brand – management of marketing campaigns, research, definition of audiences, promotional activities.
              • Product Marketing connects our products with the right customers by crafting clear positioning, messaging, and gotomarket strategies. They ensure our value is understood, our launches are impactful, and our solutions stand out in the market.
              • Marketing Operations turns strategy into execution by aligning planning, content, and performance across all marketing channels. They make sure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time: efficiently, consistently, and with measurable results.
              • Commercial Excellence Commercial Excellence ensures our commercial teams have the right tools, insights, and processes to drive consistent growth. It’s about working smarter and scaling better.
              • Product Management crossfunctional team that is responsible for developing, building, maintaining, and running the core services of the LanguageWire platform. The core of our platform is where we manage localization projects and ensure smooth and highly automated workflows for all users. Here you will be building the central part of our platform, that most of our users (customers, internal users, vendorsvalidators) will be interacting with on daily basis.
              • Application Support Support our internal users, vendors (translators) and endcustomers and ensure they all have the needed support and communication as they deserve. This includes communication with users on issues, updates and general questions when using our platform. With our application support team, you will be at the center of the communication within LanguageWire
                • Technology

                  • Machine Learning​: our dedicated machine learning team builds neural machine translation engines and natural language processing solutions that are completely customized to our customer’s needs. Our quality stance is that our NMT solutions should produce content that is as good as human translation. We believe that by applying artificial intelligence techniques consistently throughout our platform, we can deliver exciting new language services and truly revolutionize the industry
                  • Core Platform: Our team delivers the core translation functionality as a set of micro services. Our services are document oriented. We do a lot of processing both synchronous and asynchronous, writing various parsers, readers and writers. Our services also store records in databases on the SQL Server. We use Entity Framework, but then validate generated SQL queries and execution plans.
                  • Language Tools & Services: we deliver the tools that our vendors use in their work translating and proofreading. These are everyday work tools that are paramount for our Vendors to work efficiently. The Smart Editor is the most used product here and built in the latest technologies and with a welldesigned UI.
                  • Platform Integrations & Finance Services: our dedicated Platform Integrations tribe makes sure that our customers can easily connect their content sources to our platform. We believe that delivering content to our platform and sending the localised content back to the customers systems should be an enjoyable, userfriendly experience. Our Platform Finance Services team builds our payment systems and infrastructure. We ensure that our vendors are paid on time and according to the agreed pricing.
                  • Platform Engineering​:
                    • Tech Enablement expert team supporting all other teams on architecture, data, security, performance and QA. We establish companywide processes & conventions, do PoCs for new technologies or ideas, and get our hands dirty working with the different teams. Our end goal is to push our development organization towards the best tools, technologies, and processes so we can produce software up to the highest standards.
                    • Platform Engineering is the name of the team that works on shared infrastructure for streamaligned teams and shared thirdparty platforms and tools, in particular, Azure Governance, core networking, and observability platforms. As well we own shared chunks of business logic and lead nonfunctional requirements implementations across all parts of organization.
                        • Operations

                          • Vendor Relations & Quality Excellence is responsible for building and managing a loyal vendor pool that supports LanguageWire daily operations and future growth in terms of revenue, service, quality and profitability, while being a dedicated point of contact for our external language experts.
                          • Customer Experience – we are like the efficient and reliable machinery of a Swiss watch, every single one of us has a key role to deliver a customer success story with every project! A group of Project Managers, Leads and Teams Leads working in the most precise and efficient manner to build smooth workflows and processes to convert complex customer demand seamlessly into quality deliveries.
                              • DTP Our desktop publishing experts are a very important link in the translation chain, adding incredible value to the final delivery of services to our customers. We work very closely with translators, operation solutions and customer success to ensure that the translated content retains the same impact as the original.
                                  • Localization Engineering We combine translation with technology. A website or software program is broken down into its structural building blocks to produce translations that make the program work in the target language and then reassembled in that language. Our services include software localization, elearning localization, conversion and software testing, and other tasks as specified by the client.
                                    • Strategy & People

                                      • M&A and Integration drives the successful expansion of our business by identifying strategic opportunities and ensuring smooth postdeal integration. They connect cultures, systems, and teams to unlock value and accelerate growth from day one.
