We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to migrate Tableau reports to Power BI and ensure parity, with occasional data model adjustments.

Position Title: Senior Reporting Analyst

Location: Remote Colombia

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will be primarily focused on migrating Tableau reports to Power BI, ensuring both visual and functional parity. The role centers around reporting, but there may be occasional tasks to amend data models to support specific reporting requirements. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and reporting users to ensure seamless integration and provide business value through effective data visualization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the migration of Tableau reports to Power BI, ensuring that reports maintain visual and functional consistency.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and reporting users to ensure reporting needs are fully met.
• Deliver projects within Agile sprints, managing iterative development, technical testing, and UAT.
• Focus primarily on Power BI development, ensuring reports are built to business specifications and align with data visualization standards.
• Occasionally, amend data models to ensure compatibility with reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to maintain consistency and quality across all Power BI solutions.
• Requirements & Qualifications
  To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Experience conducting enterprisescale BI migrations (specifically from Tableau to Power BI).
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI development (DAX, Power Query, report creation, etc.).
  • Proficient in Agile delivery, with experience working in Agile teams and delivering within sprint cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Familiarity with data models and experience making minor amendments to support reporting needs.
    • Experience working with data pipelines or ETL processes to prepare data for reporting purposes.
    • Understanding of data visualization best practices and experience creating userfriendly dashboards.
