ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
Develop and execute a strategic sales training vision that supports organizational goals and revenue growth
Lead the creation and delivery of onboarding programs, sales playbooks, and ongoing training for all sales roles (inside, field, account management, etc.)
Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs based on performance metrics, product launches, and market changes
Design curriculum and training content, including eLearning, instructorled courses, roleplays, and certifications
Implement and manage sales enablement tools
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery
Coach and mentor sales managers and trainers on coaching skills, pipeline management, and performance feedback
Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and adult learning best practices
Manage and develop a team of trainers and sales enablement professionals (if applicable)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, Marketing, or related field (Master’s a plus) or similar years of experience
7+ years of experience in sales, sales training preferred
3+ years of leadership experience overseeing training teams or largescale sales development programs preferred
Proven success building and delivering training programs across multiple locations or regions
Ability to travel frequently (up to 80%)
Comfortable working across diverse teams (corporate, field sales)
Passion for automotive innovation and performance excellence
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, including inperson and digital training delivery preferred
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on training impact and sales KPIs
Strategic thinker who can align sales training initiatives with goals and performance metrics
Excellent communication, leadership, and team development abilities
Uptodate on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer experience best practices
