Included Health is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to be a part of our Digital Workplace Engineering team. You will be a partner in the design, implementation, and management of our identity systems portfolio. You will work with their IT peers and important partner teams such as Operations, Cyber Security, Compliance, Product, Engineering and HR.
In your past, you will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in growing, securityfirst, environments and you are currently passionate about AI, automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code. You have exceptional creative problemsolving skills and showcase a user experience and security oriented mindset.
You will need to be a motivated, and experienced systems engineer with strong expertise in Okta, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and GitHub, who shares our passion and wants to be a part of an executionoriented team. This is a remote role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Workplace.
Responsibilities:
Partner across the organization and the business to identify and resolve issues related to IT systems and integrations
Manage business critical systems and SaaS applications. This includes apps such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, and much more
Work directly with vendors and partner companies to implement both inbound and outbound SSO integrations with Okta.
Enhance and evolve our IaC landscape starting with Okta Terraform and expanding that to other systems.
Resolve inefficiencies in workflow and manual process through automation
Implement technical and process improvements to support a securityfirst environment
Produce internal and external documentation around process and workflows
Partner with the security team to implement security policies and ensure all critical vulnerabilities are patched promptly
Partner with compliance teams to support governance, risk, and compliance efforts across the IT organization
Mentor members of IT support team and help with service desk requests as an escalation point
Build a solution around ideas from start to finish
Lead the entire lifecycle of complex projects
Manage multiple work streams and keep them all on course, while maintaining task tracking and informing tools
Participate in feedback culture with transparency and a desire for authentic work relationships
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience
Handson enterprise development expertise with SaaS applications & integrating these services with corporate systems
Deep experience building and supporting complex integrations and automations for SaaS tooling at scale through APISDKCLI usage
Extensive experience working with infrastructure as code in Terraform
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
History of presenting analysisrecommendations in a clear and compelling manner to various audiences (technical peers, managers, business leaders, employees)
Prior experience working in highgrowth, preIPO company andor industry experience in Technology or Healthcare

Pay:
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this fulltime position are:
Zone A: $128,130 $180,990 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $140,943 $199,089 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $153,756 $217,188 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $166,569 $235,287 + equity + benefits
