We are looking for a skilled Frontend React Developer to join our Customer Experiences team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the production stability of our React Native mobile application. This position offers the opportunity to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize a largescale mobile app, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for our users.

Information Security Responsibilities
Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities
Triage, investigate, and resolve complex noncodefix issues in the React Native mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms
Analyze and debug connectivity issues between the mobile app and backend services, focusing on the frontend requestresponse cycle
Diagnose and resolve issues related to global service integrations, such as Google Maps, OAuth, and biometric authentication
Use AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools to review logs, track performance, and proactively identify potential issues
Determine when issues require code changes and escalate with thorough technical analysis
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base with troubleshooting guides, issue resolutions, and FAQs

Preferred Qualifications
35 years of frontend development experience
Proven handson experience supporting and troubleshooting mobile applications built with React Native
Strong understanding of both iOS and Android platforms, including configurations, permissions, and build processes
Skilled in debugging REST APIs and analyzing JSON payloads using tools such as Postman
Experience with core AWS services, especially CloudWatch for log analysis and monitoring; familiarity with S3 for asset management
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for resolving technical challenges in live production environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and nontechnical teams
Ability to read and understand JavaScriptTypeScript code to identify potential bug sources prior to escalation
Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management or Zendesk
Familiarity with mobile monitoring tools like Sentry, New Relic, or Datadog
Basic understanding of SQL queries to assist with preliminary data validation
