The Senior Specialist, Marketing Analytics and Systems plays a critical role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers IM’s marketing and communications performance. This role brings advanced expertise in CRM optimization, campaign analytics, email marketing systems, SEO, and workflow automation. It is responsible for making IM’s marketing measurable, data-informed, and scalable—ensuring our platforms, tools, and reporting deliver what we need to understand and grow our impact. This role will also lead the execution of critical day-to-day operations, such as campaign deployment, audience segmentation, dashboard creation, and technical troubleshooting.
Senior Specialists at IM bring advanced expertise in their functional area and play a key role in driving complex projects and initiatives. They are responsible for producing high-quality work with minimal oversight, contributing to strategic planning, and collaborating across teams to support organizational goals. Senior Specialists often serve as thought partners to managers and directors, offering insight, analysis, and solutions within their domain. They model IM’s values through their work, mentor peers when appropriate, and help maintain alignment between day-to-day activities and IM’s broader mission and priorities.
