Position Overview

As our Web Developer, your primary goal will be to execute highquality, custom web development projects within defined timeframes, all while demonstrating fluency in English and a proactive, solutionoriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Daily

• Build 5 – 7page custom websites within 72 – 80 hours
  
• Create landing pagesfunnels within 36 – 48 hours
  
• Complete updates and change requests via ticketing system on time
  
• Log daily updates for every active ticket
  
• Attend daily standup meetings promptly
  
• Support teammates and the company, demonstrating a collaborative spirit
  
• Maintain a positive, solutionfocused mindset
  
• Provide thoughtful feedback paired with suggested solutions
  
• Continuously improve through positive daily habits
  

• Monthly

  • Deliver at least one internal training on custom development
    
  • Participate in monthly checkin with Project Manager
    

  • Quarterly

    • Complete at least one internal course relevant to development or digital marketing
      
    • Attend quarterly team meetings
      

    • Per Semester

      • Participate in performance evaluations
        
      • Show measurable improvement in identified areas
        
      • Read a book or take a course related to leadership, development, or personal growth

                         Compensation

                         Salary Range: $1,200 – $2,000 Per Month
                         Fully Remote | 20 Days PTO | Halfday Fridays in August
