This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Monday to Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Eastern Time
Total Weekly Hours: 35 hours (with a 1hour unpaid break per shift)
Our client provides compassionate inhome care, senior care, and respite care services to adults in need. They are dedicated to delivering highquality support and ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of their clients.
Coordinate schedules between field staff and the internal team
Follow up and ensure all tasks are properly assigned and completed as needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or video calls
Prepare reports and create presentation templates using Google Slides
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Previous customer service experience is required
High attention to detail and strong reliability
Basic proficiency in Excel
Quick to learn and adaptable
