This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm, Dawes Point, NSW
  • Including a 30minute paid break
    • Client Timezone: AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

      Job Description

      We’re seeking a talented Web DesignerDeveloper to create our complete digital presence from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to build a comprehensive web solution that will serve as the foundation of our business operations. You’ll be responsible for developing a fullstack WordPress website with integrated functionality, including API development that connects our internal systems to our web presence. This role offers the perfect blend of creative design work and technical development, with the potential to grow into a longterm partnership as we scale our operations.


      Responsibilities
      • Build a complete, professional website from the ground up using WordPress
      • Design and create compelling graphics and visual elements for the website
      • Develop and implement API integrations that seamlessly connect job postings from internal systems to the website
      • Collaborate directly with business leadership to understand and implement website requirements
      • Provide ongoing website maintenance, updates, and enhancements after the initial build phase
      • Ensure the website reflects the company’s innovative, technologyforward brand identity

        • Requirements
          • Must have 4+ years of proven fullstack web development experience with strong WordPress expertise
          • Graphic design skills with ability to create professional visual elements
          • Experience with API development and system integrations
          • Previous experience working with recruitment agencies or similar businesses preferred
          • Strong communication skills for direct client collaboration
          • Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
          • Availability to work fulltime during initial development phase with flexibility to transition to parttime ongoing support
