About this Role
Hi my name is Brett and Im the COO at ICG. My role spans multiple functions, companies, industries and timezones, and I often find myself wishing I had more hours in every day or an extra set of hands. This role was created to help solve that! As a BizOps Associate, you will work across our global portfolio of businesses on projects of all shapes and sizes, with the #1 priority of adding incremental value. This role will involve data analysis, project management, research, operationsimplementation work, and more.

This is a fulltime, remote role based in the EU, best suited for a new grad or someone with 13 years of experience. Our preference is candidates located in Croatia, but we are open to anyone in an EU country.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, every day will be different. Youll work across our full portfolio of companies to lend a hand wherever its needed. The main priorities will be working quickly to deliver results, and enabling others to do the same. In a single week you may start by digging deep into data to build dashboardsreporting, then help our Customer Support team to clear out their backlog of tickets, and finally move onto building + executing a project plan to help improve App Store Reviews on one of our B2C businesses.

About You

You are naturally curious and passionate about business — you dont need to have an MBA or Investment Banking experience, but you do need to be the type of person that consumes business podcastsbooks, loves learning about leadership and strategy, and enjoys digging into new business modelsideas.
You are AI fluent — this means that you are comfortable using LLMs and AIpowered tooling to be more effective and efficient in your work.
You have exceptional analytical skills and are comfortable with data analysis. Bonus points if youve built automated dashboards and reporting before.
You take complete ownership and accountability of the work around you, even if it’s not something you’ve been assigned to do. You thrive in an environment that values selfdirection and empowers you to take ownership of your work.
You have no ego. You’re understand that there are parts of every job that aren’t fun or glamorous, and that’s fine with you.
