This is a remote position.

Role Name: Cold CallerLead Followup Specialist

Schedule:

  • Flexible hours up to 15 hours per week Preferably Tuesday Thursday Saturday 10am 2pm

    • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PT)


      As a Cold CallerLead Followup Specialist, youll be the vital connection between potential members and their fitness transformation journey. Youll work with warm leads who have already expressed interest through digital marketing campaigns, making meaningful conversations that convert prospects into committed gym members. This role offers the perfect blend of sales, customer service, and genuine impact as you help people take the first step toward achieving their health and wellness goals in a supportive, communityfocused environment.


      Responsibilities
      • Make 3040 strategic outbound calls daily to warm prospects who have shown interest through marketing campaigns

      • Follow up promptly with leads generated through Facebook, Google, and social media advertising to prevent prospects from falling through the cracks

      • Convert interested prospects into committed gym members through engaging phone conversations about their fitness goals

      • Manage and systematically work through a robust database of 2,000+ qualified prospects using the Club Ready system

      • Handle lead overflow during highvolume periods when multiple prospects submit inquiries simultaneously

      • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes in the CRM system

      • Collaborate closely with the core team to ensure seamless lead management and optimal conversion rates



        • Requirements
          • Excellent communication and phone skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly

          • Experience working with CRM systems (Club Ready experience highly preferred)

          • Selfmotivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently

          • Comfortable and confident making highvolume outbound calls in a fastpaced environment

          • Spanish bilingual capabilities strongly preferred to serve diverse community members

          • Genuine interest in fitness and wellness industry or eagerness to learn about health and fitness

          • Reliable highspeed internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work

          • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals
