Job description

Are you a kind, proactive communicator who thrives in helping others? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the voice of support for patients using our telehealth services. You’ll handle emails, Slack messages, and Zendesk tickets with empathy and precision, ensuring every patient has a smooth, informed, and respectful experience.

Your mission: support an underserved community with warmth and efficiency—while working closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to deliver top-tier service. You'll also help maintain our systems, track issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.


Note: You must be located in Colombia and speak fluent English (B2+ level).



Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English (B2+ written and spoken)

  • Based in Colombia

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience

  • Proficient in Zendesk, RingCentral, and Slack

  • Healthcare industry background is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver


Availability:

  • Training: Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM EST
  • Shifts after training: Open to work on weekends. Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within the company's support hours (8 AM – 12 AM EST)
  • We currently offer shifts like 8 AM – 5 PM, 9 AM – 6 PM, or 11 AM – 8 PM, but we may add later shifts, so flexibility is key.
