Our platform helps organizations run smoother, scale faster, and wow their audiences. We’re growing fast, and now we’re on the hunt for a Partnership Manager who’s equal parts strategic thinker, relationship builder, and gogetter.


What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone who can turn handshakes into highimpact partnerships. From tech integrations to influencer collabs, you’ll be leading the charge to grow and optimize our partnership ecosystem—starting in the US and expanding globally.


You’ll be:

Building & Scaling Partnerships

  • Spot and secure the kind of partnerships that make sense (and dollars) for EventsAir.
  • Own the full partner journey: prospect → pitch → sign → activate → scale.
  • Segment our partners like a pro: tech integrations, comarketing, service providers, and industry influencers.
    • Enabling & Empowering Partners

      • Make sure our partners aren’t just onboarded—they’re activated.
      • Cocreate marketing assets, joint campaigns, and winwin gotomarket strategies.
      • Track performance, lead quarterly reviews, and bring real value to every collaboration.
        • Driving Pipeline & Revenue

          • Build partnerships that move the needle—think lead generation, faster deal cycles, and bigger contracts.
          • Keep the CRM humming with clean partner data and realtime reporting dashboards.
            • CrossTeam Collab

              • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product teams to align efforts and amplify impact.
              • Be the friendly face (and sharp mind) that handles partner comms, negotiations, and strategy sessions.


                • What You Bring

                  • We are seeking candidates ideally in the Texas area for this position
                  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, or business development.
                  • Youve worked with (or at) a SaaS, MarTech, or EventTech company.
                  • You know your way around a CRM and comarketing campaign calendar.
                  • Negotiation skills that are more “winwin” than “shark tank.”
                  • A balance of strategic thinking and getitdone attitude.
                  • Toptier communication skills—you connect with people and get them excited.
                  • Startup hustle meets enterprise polish.


                    • Please note this role is a fully remote position with a headquartered office in Australia. Our role is paying in the bracket of USD100120K.
