As our SDR, SMB GLOBAL MOBILITY, youll play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with founders, CXOs, and other successful individuals interested in pursuing a visa or moving their businesses to another part of the world. You understand the impact that you can create on the bottom line as an SDR, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The daytoday role includes collaboration with the wider sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.
Duties:
Drive Deel’s growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business. Learn from our wellseasoned sales team and help build out a worldclass Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
Educate and develop leads through outbound prospecting via social media, video calls, emails, and various campaigns.
Identify and develop an indepth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
Conduct followup calls and emails until meetings are set.
Requirements:
Outbound prospecting and cold calling experience.
You are smart and hardworking.
You have an entrepreneurial spiritexperience with a strong growth mindset.
You have a way with words and can write persuasive email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
You are adaptable and comfortable with a fastpaced environment.
You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
You’re resourceful and adept at using Google.
