We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Strategy & Analytics Manager to play a pivotal role in generating insights and strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth for Zapier. As an expert in marketing, sales, and customer success data, you’ll leverage your analytical and industry knowledge to provide strategic recommendations to our GTM teams, build dashboards and frameworks to enable stakeholders to selfserve, and improve the reliability of our CRM data. This is a highly visible, collaborative, and crossfunctional role—you’ll not only advise GTM and executive leaders on enterprise strategy through datadriven insights, but also work closely with partners across data, finance, and gotomarket teams to turn insights into actionable outcomes.

Revenue Operations at Zapier is a dynamic team responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of gotomarket programs with technology, data, and process. We identify, implement, and manage GTM tooling, bridge data and system gaps, enable gotomarket teams, and deliver insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
