This position is ideal for avid gamers who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As an InGame Support Analyst, you will engage with Swedishspeaking players, assisting them with various inquiries and issues to ensure they enjoy a seamless gaming experience.


Responsibilities
  • Provide live support to Swedishspeaking players through ingame chat, email, and community platforms.
  • Diagnose and fix a wide range of ingame issues, helping players with technical challenges related to gameplay and accounts.
  • Record and track player issues using the support ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with players to explain game mechanics, features, and any updates.
  • Work closely with the development team to communicate player feedback and highlight common problems.
  • Keep abreast of the latest game updates and community trends to provide informed support.
  • Participate in enhancing support processes to improve overall player satisfaction.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Swedish and English, with superior communication skills both orally and in writing.
      • Experience in customer support, especially within the gaming sector, is highly desirable.
      • Strong skills in troubleshooting and problemsolving to effectively support players with technical difficulties.
      • A genuine interest in gaming, with a solid grasp of gaming systems and player communities.
      • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet player support needs.
      • Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is a bonus.
      • A friendly and patient demeanor, with a strong desire to ensure an excellent support experience for players.
