  • Address customer complaints and issues proactively, striving for swift resolutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer solutions.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide insightful support.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
      • Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles is a plus.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on creating positive customer experiences.
