What you will do:

  • Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via emails, calls and chats
  • Build positive and longlasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be uptodate with cuttingedge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
    • What you need to succeed in this role:

      • Excellent French and English skills (C1C2 for both spoken and written)
      • At least 1 year of experience in customer support
      • Analytical and research skills
      • Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
      • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
