Job description

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen their presence in the CIS iGaming market. This role involves identifying new opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in contract negotiations, market analysis, and client relationship management to support longterm business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new business opportunities within the CIS region.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, operators, and partners in the iGaming industry.
  • Develop and implement tailored business development strategies that align with company goals and regional market demands.
  • Manage contract negotiations, ensuring agreements are both beneficial and compliant with legal and regulatory standards relevant to the region.
  • Conduct indepth market research and competitive analysis to monitor trends, customer preferences, and competitor actions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and expand the professional network.
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue and performance goals, focusing on both new customer acquisition and client retention.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of experience in business development within the iGaming industry.
      • Strong understanding of iGaming operations.
      • Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian.
      • Proven ability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
      • Demonstrated success in negotiating complex business agreements.
      • Selfmotivated and capable of working independently, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
        • Additional Information:

          • Only applicants based within the Central European Timezone (CET ±2) will be considered.

          • This is a fulltime position, available either as a permanent role based in Malta or on a freelance basis for candidates residing elsewhere.
