Job description

Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to serve as a key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and longterm satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue and improve client engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about iGaming and bring a strong track record in B2B account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and maximize revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations.
  • Develop indepth market knowledge and take a consultative approach to understand clients’ business objectives and needs.
  • Continuously gather and analyze client feedback to anticipate future requirements and relay them to the product team.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions relevant to online gambling operators.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on key performance indicators and account status to the Head of Account Management.
    • Requirements:

      • Previous experience in a B2B iGaming environment is essential, preferably in an Account Manager or Casino Manager role.
      • Fluency in both English and Russian is required.
      • Highly motivated, selfdriven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to handle demanding client interactions.
      • Proactive, problemsolving mindset with the ability to manage pressure and complexity.
      • Comfortable working in a fastpaced and constantly evolving industry.
      • Commercially focused with strong analytical and numerical skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
      • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
        • Additional Information:

          • Only candidates located within the Central European Timezone (CET ±2) will be considered.
          • CV submission must be in English.
          • This fulltime position is available as either a permanent role based in Malta or on a freelance basis for candidates based in other locations.
