If that’s you, we want to meet you. We’re hiring a Remote Managed Buyer who will represent a U.S. or Canadian dealership in sourcing used vehicles from private sellers.
This is not a passive, behindthescreen support role. You’ll be on the frontlines—connecting with people, appraising vehicles, making offers, and negotiating real deals.
And you won’t be doing it alone.
We’ll train you, coach you, support you, and equip you with industrybest tools and strategies. This is your chance to grow with a team that leads the market in innovation, performance, and people development.



      What Youll Do:

      • Own your territory: Represent a partnered dealership, working 1on1 with sellers in their region to source topquality used vehicles
      • Engage sellers directly: You’ll search listings, make calls, text leads, and build rapport. You’re the dealership’s first impression.
      • Appraise and make offers: Use our platform and live market tools to value vehicles fairly and professionally.
      • Negotiate like a pro: Build trust, address objections, and get to “yes.” Help sellers feel confident in the deal.
      • Coordinate the handoff: Once a seller agrees, schedule their visit to the dealership and prep the handoff like a concierge.
      • Track everything: You’ll update statuses, log contacts, and report results. We’re datadriven and relationshipobsessed.

          • Love autonomy. You’re selfdirected, organized, and don’t need someone checking over your shoulder.
          • Are techcomfortable. You pick up systems quickly and stay on top of your digital tools.
          • Speak stellar English. You’re fluent, articulate, and persuasive. Spanish is a bonus, but not required.
          • Have the gear. You’ve got a recent computer (less than 4 years old and 8GB of RAM), a good webcam, reliable internet, and a smartphone.
