• Implement frameworks, workflows, and tooling (e.g., Asana, Notion, Gantt, KPI dashboards) for program visibility and consistency.
• Develop playbooks for project intake, prioritization, and retrospectives.
• Standardize reporting rhythms and dashboarding for executive visibility and accountability.

• Enable HighQuality Outcomes

  • Partner with pharmacy, operations, and compliance teams to bake quality standards, regulatory awareness, and patient safety into our project workflows.
  • Establish outcomebased metrics and iterate toward better processes with every cycle.

  • Ensure Transparency & Accountability

    • Deliver updates on initiative status, blockers, and risks.
    • Lead crossteam checkins to keep owners aligned, accountable, and focused on execution.
    • Own the single source of truth for companylevel progress tracking.

      What You’ll Bring

      • 5+ years leading project management or PMO functions, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or highgrowth startups.
      • Expertise in project management systems (Monday.com preferred) and executive reporting.
      • Strong understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, telehealth standards), and patientcentered workflows.
      • Highly organized, systemsoriented thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management; demonstrated ability to hold others accountable.
      • Thrives in fastmoving, outcomesdriven environments with a bias for execution.
      • Proven ability to apply project frameworks to technical and nontechnical projects.

      • Bonus Points

        • Experience scaling healthcare or wellness services across digital + physical channels.
        • Prior success managing complex, crossfunctional launches (product, service, geographic expansion).
        • Familiarity with pharmacy, operational, or marketing experimentation frameworks.
