5+ years of experience leading project management or PMO functions, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or high-growth startups., Proficiency in project management systems such as Monday.com and executive reporting., Strong understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, telehealth standards), and patient workflows., Highly organized and systems-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional execution of key initiatives across operations, clinical care, product, growth, and technology.
  • Develop and maintain scalable project plans with clear timelines, owners, and risk tracking.
  • Implement frameworks, workflows, and tooling for program visibility and consistency.
  • Partner with teams to embed quality standards, regulatory compliance, and patient safety into project workflows.

The Role

We’re seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to drive crossfunctional execution, ensure operational excellence, and bring visibility to the initiatives shaping Eden’s future. This is a highimpact role that touches everything from clinic launches and product expansion to clinical workflows and marketing rollouts. You’ll partner with our leadership team to align projects to company strategy, manage execution rigorously, and deliver outcomes that improve care, growth, and team velocity.
