Spreetail is looking for a strategic and analytical Sr. Planning Manager to join our team and lead critical inventory and financial planning initiatives. In this role, you’ll bring deep experience in inventory management, financial planning, and analysis—translating data into decisions that drive real business impact. You’ll own P&L responsibilities, lead the design and optimization of planning processes, and partner across teams to align procurement with financial goals. With advanced Excel skills and a deep understanding of retail and global import order planning, you’ll play a key role in shaping our supply chain strategy, improving efficiency, and maximizing profitability. How you will achieve success:
  • Lead demand forecasting and order flow for highvolume brands, calibrating multimillion dollar inventory plans to optimize availability and efficiency.
  • Own and execute the COGS and inventory strategy, aligning procurement plans with financial targets and influencing overall business outcomes.
  • Develop scalable planning processes across the team to drive consistency and efficiency in the procurement and inventory lifecycle.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Finance and Merchants to ensure order timing, inventory strategy, and working capital needs are aligned.
  • Deliver actionable insights through deep data analysis of sales, inventory, and market trends to identify revenue and profitability opportunities.

  • What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, financial planning, and analysis, with a proven ability to optimize performance and drive results.
  • Handson P&L ownership and a strategic mindset that connects financial planning to business outcomes.
  • Skilled in process design and improvement, with a focus on creating scalable, efficient planning and procurement workflows.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, leveraging data to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Background in retail and global import order planning, with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and profitability levers.
