As a Technical Support Analyst you will be part of the Implementation & Technical Account Manger Team.

• Implement a robust realtime monitoring system that ensures full visibility into critical workflows, anticipating incidents before they escalate.
• Prevention of critical incidents before they impact clients.
Provide datadriven insights and propose improvements, positioning the NOC as a strategic team.
• Create standardized processes that ensure operational excellence and enable scalability.
• Ensure continuous operational coverage with welldefined shifts and seamless handovers.
• Provide Level 1 support to clients, acting as the first line of defense to address issues, answer queries, and escalate critical incidents to internal teams when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools.
• Basic experience coding (scripting or debugging simple issues).
• Experience providing firstlevel technical support to customers.
• Familiarity with APIs and how to assist users with basic integration or connectivity issues.
• Strong customer empathy and serviceoriented mindset.
• Passionate about technology and eager to learn new tools and systems.
• Analytical and problemsolving approach to technical issues.
• Fluent in English.
