      The Company is a soontolaunch virtual consultancy business. Designed as a digitalfirst sister company, the company will offer streamlined consulting and estimating services online. With the growing success of another business and strong team performance from existing staff, the company is now seeking to expand the team by hiring a proactive and reliable Marketing Assistant who will grow with the business from day one.



      Role Overview

      We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to provide key support across two businesses: the newly launching company consultancy and the established firm. This individual will play a foundational role in building operational efficiency across both ventures—handling administration, onboarding, client setup, and social media management.


      The ideal candidate should be techsavvy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment, ready to wear multiple hats and grow alongside the business.



      Responsibilities:
      • Manage inboxes, schedule meetings, and assist with daily admin tasks
      • Maintain digital filing systems and business documentation
      • Coordinate between TenderRYT and RYT Estimating where needed
      • Manage all client onboarding steps—emails, forms, data entry, welcome materials
      • Set up new customers in internal systems
      • Assist with process development for onboarding workflows
      • Draft and schedule content for TenderRYT’s social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
      • Maintain consistent branding and messaging
      • Track engagement metrics and propose content ideas
      • Collaborate with graphic designers or use design tools (e.g., Canva) as needed
      • Respond to inquiries across email and social channels
      • Assist in managing CRM or customer data platform
      • Support the founder in miscellaneous startuprelated activities
      • Contribute to building out SOPs and workflows
      • Switch support between RYT Estimating and TenderRYT depending on priorities

        • Requirements
          • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support
          • Comfortable with both structured tasks and ambiguity
          • Experience with client onboarding or customer success processes is a strong plus
          • Social media management experience required
          • Startup experience preferred
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
          • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
          • Selfstarter with a high level of initiative
