Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, 4 hours daily MondayFriday
  • Must have 23 hours overlap with client’s business hours (9am5pm EST)

      Job Description

      We’re seeking a detailoriented Content Management Assistant to join our growing team and play a crucial role in our content publication workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with prewritten content and manage the technical aspects of getting it live on our WordPressbased websites. You’ll be working in a streamlined process where content writers provide finished materials, and you’ll be responsible for the systematic upload and organization within our content management system. The role starts with one website and approximately 100 pieces of content, with clear potential for expansion across multiple websites as the business scales. This is perfect for someone who enjoys organized, systematic work and wants to grow with a dynamic company that values quality and efficiency.

      Responsibilities
      • Transfer prewritten content from Word documents into WordPress CMS with precision and accuracy
      • Input content into appropriate WordPress sections including titles, tags, descriptions, and other metadata fields
      • Navigate to websites being reviewed and capture highquality screenshots for content purposes
      • Upload and organize screenshots within the CMS using proper naming conventions and tagging systems
      • Process and manage approximately 100 pieces of content initially, with potential for significant volume increases
      • Maintain consistent quality standards and attention to detail across all content transfers
      • Participate in weekly checkins to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan upcoming work
      • Potentially expand into content scheduling and strategic queuing as role develops and business grows


        • Requirements
          • Comfortable working with adult website content and related materials
          • Strong English language proficiency with excellent reading comprehension skills
          • Demonstrated experience with WordPress and content management systems
          • Basic technical skills for capturing, editing, and uploading screenshots
          • Availability for 20 hours per week with 23 hours overlap during EST business hours (9am5pm)
          • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
          • Reliable internet connection and computer setup for consistent work quality
          • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with management
