Job SummaryObjective
The Sales Executive is responsible for executing Alnafitha’s sales strategy by identifying and developing business opportunities, supporting customer relationships, and closing deals across various IT solution areas including Microsoft technologies, cloud, and managed services. The role works closely with the Sales Manager and Business Development team to meet individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Pipeline Development
• Execute structured sales approaches to develop a strong pipeline for IT solutions including Microsoft cloud and modern workplace technologies.
• Support sales plans that align with departmental targets and assist in meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing or business development and qualify them for sales progression.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Build strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and personalized attention.
• Support customer needs assessment and suggest relevant products and services.
• Participate in meetings, demos, and proposals under the guidance of senior sales personnel.
Account Development & Upselling
• Identify and support upsell and crosssell opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Help maintain longterm customer relationships by ensuring account satisfaction and timely followup.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to identify additional needs or pain points.
Coordination & Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with presales, technical teams, and project delivery to ensure accurate scoping and handover of closed deals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to proposals and RFPs.
• Prepare client presentations and proposals in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Reporting & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide regular status reports to the Sales Manager on progress against KPIs and forecasted pipeline.
• Track deal stages and document next steps for every active opportunity.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT or software services
Good communication, negotiation, time management, and basic technical understanding of cloud or IT solutions
CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), MS Office, PowerPoint
Microsoft Fundamentals certifications are a plus
