Job description

This is a remote position.

A rapidly growing media data company is looking for a highly organised fulltime, remote Media Data Coordinator to join their small and agile team. Youll be key to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of their digital billboard data, keeping their operations smooth and visual assets pristine. Are you a highly organised, detailoriented pro with a knack for data and visuals? You could be the perfect fit!


Key responsibilities:
  • Daily Compliance Reporting: Check digital billboard data, generate reports, and flag issues.
  • Data Visualisation: Create clear and insightful graphs and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data & Photo Management: Accurately input data, and clean, label, and organise photos.
  • Task Coordination: Manage workflows

    • Requirements
      • Minimum 2 5 years of experience in a data operations or data analytics role.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
      • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Experience with GIS is highly beneficial.
      • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks remotely.
      • Selfmotivated, proactive, and a problemsolver.
