Job description

This is a remote position.

A leading alternative wellness product distributor is seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Remote Wholesale Sales Representative to support the expansion of its product range into retail outlets across the United States. This is a remote, fulltime opportunity (40 hours per week), ideal for a South Africabased candidate willing to work USbased hours (4pm to 12pm SA time) with a solid background in B2B phonebased sales and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct highvolume outbound calls to USbased retail stores to generate interest and close sales.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on qualified leads, secure orders, and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, activities, and client data.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and ensure exceptional service delivery.


    • Requirements
      • Must be available to work US business hours (4pm to 12pm SA time)
      • Based in South Africa with stable internet access
      • 2–3 years of proven outbound phonebased B2B sales experience.
      • Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
      • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and close deals via phone.
      • Resultsdriven, selfmotivated, and disciplined approach to work.
      • Proficient in using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and track activities.
      • Experience in using AI tools.
      • Comfortable promoting products within the wellness and lifestyle space.
      • Stable internet connection and suitable home office environment.
      • Completion of a video interview is a required step in the application process
