    • Job Description

      As a Key Account Manager for our SPYPOINT and VOSKER brands, the market leader in cellular trail cameras, you will be responsible for developing effective business relationships with both national and regional retail partners.

      Main responsabilities:

      • Develop, and manage account specific plans for assigned retail customers.
      • Take ownership of assigned accounts, and increase account penetration
      • Achieving customer and company assigned goals and objectives
      • Identify and actively develop business opportunities with assigned customers
      • Develop and execute programs effectively working with crossfunctional team
      • Lead communication between customer and crossfunctional team to ensure that customer goals and objectives are clear
      • Develop strategies to bridge customer objectives with company objectives
      • Utilize account specific vehicles to develop and drive sales and share
      • Monitor customer events, funds and deductions
      • Build brand equity and profitability
      • Produce forecasting and weekly, monthly plus quarterly reporting to the VicePresident of Sales and the National Director of Sales.
      • Working with and supporting our team of external sales representatives
        • Qualifications
          • BSBA Degree
          • 5+ years of account management
          • Indepth knowledge of the retail market, gotomarket strategies and sales portals
          • Retail industry experience preferred, outdoor category would be ideal
          • Knowledge of CRMERP tools required. Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
          • Selfstarter with a passion to create winwin solutions with customers
          • Courage to face challenges, build trust, and display excellence in execution
          • Team player with strong crossfunctional focus
          • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics, using data insights to build effective sales presentations
          • Preference for applicants in proximity to our Montréal office, but open to other locations
          • You will be working with retailers in English Canada so you must be fluent in English. Being a Québec based enterprise, bilingualism in French is preferred
