Role Overview:

As the Deal Desk Manager, you will serve as a critical partner to the sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to structure and approve deals that drive revenue while ensuring compliance with internal policies. This role requires a highly detailoriented, analytical, and selfmotivated individual who can work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will own the endtoend deal process, enforce adoption, and ensure scalable operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all standard and nonstandard deal approvals and escalations from the sales team.

  • Partner with Account Executives to structure complex enterprise deals are in alignment with pricing guidelines, approval requirements, and internal policies.

  • Review and validate opportunities, quotes, and contractual documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Develop and enforce scalable deal desk processes, policies, and templates.

  • Provide guidance on commercial terms and support sales teams in navigating approval workflows.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure accurate and timely deal execution.

  • Monitor and report on deal metrics, cycle time, deal profitability, deal closure forecasting and other analysis as requested.

  • Monitor macroenvironment indicators such as pricing trends to identify areas for strategic needs and improvements.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal pricing tools, discounting guidelines, and quotetocash process.

  • Partner with enablement to train new sales team members on deal desk processes and best practices.

  • Assist with Marketplace transactions for AWS, GCP and Azure.

    • Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in a B2B enterprise softwareSaaS environment.

      • Strong understanding of B2B software pricing, licensing models, and quotetocash workflows.

      • Excellent attention to detail, especially under pressure and tight deadlines.

      • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deals simultaneously.

      • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

      • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.

      • Experience reviewing commercial agreements and contract terms is a plus.

      • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling processes in a fastpaced growth environment.

        • Preferred Qualifications:

          • Experience supporting a global enterprise sales team.

          • Knowledge of legal and financial compliance requirements for enterprise software deals.
